JOB: Training Manager, Learning & Development Manager, Professional Field Coach

SPLIT: 60% Office based, 40% home based – must be commutable to HO 3 days per week

  • You will be working within a dynamic multi-faceted Global Healthcare / Pharmaceutical organisation who have market leading brands within their portfolio
  • The portfolio includes recognised brands in each of the divisions.  Working within the Medical Aesthetics division you will be working with brands that are routinely requested by consumers and recognised by the public as the “best products available”


  • As Training Manager, you will have a national remit although realistically you will be based from the office approximately 3 days per week with other time spent in the field/WFH
  • We are seeking a high calibre individual who is capable of delivering training, learning & development to individuals working in both field based and Head Office functions.
  • This is a 12 month contract covering a secondment
  • This opportunity does have people management responsibility with direct reports


  • Delivering key coaching and training interventions to Head Office and Field Based colleagues – these mainly sit within the sales and marketing departments
  • Day to day management of Training Associate
  • Managing on-going projects and roll out of key programmes
  • You will act as lead contact for any new initiatives as & when required
  • Delivery of both sales and skills based training
  • Working with external providers and agencies to create bespoke packages as required


  • Experience and exposure working within a senior training/development /learning role
  • Experience within the pharmaceuticals, healthcare or aesthetics sectors would be advantageous although not essential
  • Experience in project managing agencies to deliver training initiatives
  • Experience in directly planning and delivering training / coaching to individuals with wide range of experience from new starters to senior managers
  • Excellent communication skills and experience of networking with a broad range of internal stakeholders including senior management
  • Have innovative & creative ideas to add value, especially in the current market with a shift to digital offerings
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
